Welcome to Chasing Ducks Moorings !

We are a small, family run mooring who offer safe, secure moorings for up to 17 narrowboats, (leisure and recreational use only, not suitable for live a board) set in an area of truly outstanding natural beauty in the Wiltshire countryside, with amazing wildlife and fabulous night skies (no light pollution here !)

Situated on the Kennet and Avon Canal, our moorings are positioned on the 15 mile lock free pound, between Devizes and Wootton Rivers, at Ladies Bridge (120)

Set on the off-side of the towpath, the moorings are on-line, with gated access and no throughroute footpath, affording privacy and peace of mind for our moorers.

The historic Towns and Cities of Hungerford, Marlborough, Devizes, Salisbury and Bath are only a short distance away, offering a wide selection of visitor attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants. Closer to home, the local pubs offer a wide selection of quality food and drinks. More details can be found at the location page.
